This page describes how the EBAL2D public website handles Early Access request data. It is a factual foundation for the current product stage and is not legal advice.

Data collected for Early Access

Notice version early-access-v3 covers:

  • Email address (original contact value and a normalized form used only for duplicate detection)
  • Occupation or professional role (stable enum code; optional short free text when “Other” is selected)
  • Intended use of EBAL2D (one to five enum codes; optional free text when “Other” is selected)
  • Privacy acknowledgement timestamp and notice version
  • Lifecycle timestamps and confirmation status for the early-access workflow

We do not collect date of birth, age, age range, name, phone number, postal address, company name, social-media profiles, parental information or an unrestricted message field. There is no optional marketing or newsletter subscription on the early-access form. The privacy acknowledgement is not consent for unrelated marketing.

How we use this information

  • Receive and review the early-access request
  • Understand the applicant’s professional role and intended use of EBAL2D
  • Contact the applicant about that early-access request (including email ownership confirmation)
  • Protect the form and service from abuse

We do not use this information for unrelated advertising, data resale or automatic marketing subscription. Submitting a request does not guarantee Early Access. No payment is required.

Retention

Early-access request information is retained while the early-access program is active and for as long as it is reasonably needed to review and administer the request, unless the applicant requests deletion earlier or a legal obligation requires limited continued retention.

An additional configured retention horizon of 365 days may apply in production cleanup operations when enabled.

Deletion

You may request deletion of your Early Access request through the deletion request form. We email a single-use, time-limited confirmation link to prove control of the address before deletion. The form response is the same whether or not a matching record exists.
